I am specialized in IT contracting, and I am aware of my own worth as a technical person. I hated academic studies back in school and never thought I can be so passionate about debating the definition of full-stack or explaining in detail how Java microservices works. Challenging the doubts of developers over the phone that a girl knows her stuff, in return, a satisfying realization, usually surprised. I came from a different career background prior to recruitment and I have completely fallen head over heels with my work.
I am looking for my protégé, someone I can walk alongside with, to be there for you during those little milestones. Someone who lives and breathes passion, that level of commitment level so sky high it's almost non-humanly respectable. Someone I can share my ups and downs with, creating a much more meaningful and impactful foothold, not in recruitment, but in peoples' lives.
