My client is on the lookout for a Technician/Engineer who can troubleshoot and maintain Process Analyser equipment.
Responsibilities:
* Perform routine maintenance of process analyzers as per maintenance schedule to ensure accuracy of online measurements
* Liaise with operations personnel in each process area regarding analyzer performance or issues; inform when maintenance or calibration work is required
* Perform reactive maintenance on PAT analyzers as requested by operations or as required due to failures or identified problems
* Work with external vendors for their required service visits
* Perform scheduled calibration on PAT equipment as per calibration schedule
* Attend and participate in required training and/or communication sessions
* Perform required duties in the production plant in compliance with all quality, safety and environmental requirements according to applicable local and company standards
* Perform and document analyzer and safety system functional testing
Pre-requisites:
* Diploma in Chemical Process Technology or related fields
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Primarily self-directed with a high degree of self-initiative
* Proven ability to learn various techniques and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
* Good motivational, training and coaching attributes for new personnel
