An excellent opportunity has come up for an experienced Orthopedic Sales professional to come join one of world's biggest Medical Devices company dealing with Orthopedic equipment and implants.
You will have a keen eye for identifying new business opportunities with both targeted as well as existing customers and use that to develop key relationships in your assigned territory leading to increased sales per customer. You will lead your team of sales representatives to attain the sales objectives by coaching and guiding them and maximizing their effectiveness and productivity.
You will provide your customers with your expert knowledge of the products under your portfolio and gather market evidence to come up with specific sales strategies and techniques. You will display understanding of the market layout and provide the other departments with forecasts on sales. You will have prior leadership experience having managed a team. You will lead and coach your subordinates providing them guidance and support in achieving their targets. A Degree in Business Management with a minimum of at least 5 years of hospital sales experience of medical devices will make you an ideal candidate for this role!
