VOLT Singapore are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Assistant Manager for a well-known Singapore institution.
Based close to the MRT and local shops and amenities, this role would suit an HR Professional with previous exposure in hands on C&B and reward Management.
This role will report to the Head of Rewards and they will be looking for a creative individual who is used to working in a fast paced environment
They will be involved in reward management, as well as formulating, reviewing and developing HR policies across all levels.
The portfolio also includes the development and review of compensation policies for the Company, including administering salary surveys and evaluating new market practices and new remuneration tools.
It is essential to keep abreast of the market and work with industry experts to obtain information on market trends and practices. You will also play a key role in industrial relations, including involvement in the collective bargaining process with the unions.
A degree holder who has 1 to 3 years of HR experience
Candidates with at least 1 year experience in compensation and benefits work would have an advantage
Strong in analytical skills and numerical reasoning
A high degree of computer literacy is expected
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
