A luxury consumer company is looking for a strong facilitator to partner closely with their global Learning and Development team to grow the internal talent and train external vendors.

The Assistant Manager of Regional Learning and Talent Development APAC will be working closely with global teams for talent management and Employee Personal Development Plan. You will be required to analyze organizational needs to plan and execute in-house training courses. You will also manage the external vendors and key stakeholders to ensure the smooth implementation and execution of programs.
A Bachelor's Degree in Business/ Human Resources/ Organizational Development field will be advantageous. An Intermediate or stronger skill level with MS Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint will be beneficial. You will need to provide training for both Mandarin and English speaking employees and vendors.
