This role is responsible primarily to lead and guide contracts management, roll out and embed global commercial policies in market, deploy new systems and processes to enable commercial operations and perform associated data analysis, file management and reviews of all the initiatives in the APAC region. The work inevitably involves the management, control, consolidation, analysis, tracking, reporting, process ownership and decision recommendations to various stakeholders in the market, region and global offices.
To be sucessful in this role, you should have at least 5 years in sales operations, pricing, contracts and analytics. You must have excellent project management skills and ability to draw data from various platforms including Oracle and SFDC. Strong business acumen and communication skills are essential working closely with the country commercial teams. Prior experience in sales force excellence is a plus. Good ability to consolidate, integrate, analyze and review data.
