As an Regional Associate Marketing Director, you will play a lead role in commercializing and optimizing the performance of brands within the portfolio including providing leadership to country partners for new product launches.
Some of your key responsibilities will include developing the brand strategy including the various markets promotional plans and leveraging synergies to maximize growth opportunities. You will own the budget planning including the resource allocation and question forecast assumptions at the portfolio level. In addition, you will play a lead role in managing the market intelligence, communicating market shifts to country teams and advising them on their action plan.
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 12-15 years of commercial experience in the biopharma, pharmaceutical, biotech space with strong marketing experience including Asia Pacific region. Previous experience in rare disease or speciality care will be a bonus.Proven track record of building and managing brands consistently achieving results even in challenging environments. You must be a problem solver, strong project manager and possess strong collaboration skills.
