The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Business Analyst based in Singapore. You will be involved in critical problem-solving and agile process transformation with our client, dealing directly with emerging technologies.
Responsibilities
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Identifying, defining, and documenting business functions and processes into functional requirements
- Testing management activities, not limited to smoke testing, regression testing, SIT, and UAT support
- Facilitating incident detection, logging, assignment, tracking, verification, and validation/testing
Qualifications
You will ideally have:
- Experience with agile methodology and digital transformation
- Previously worked as a business analyst (or related role) implementing IT systems
- Industry knowledge in casinos and marketing
- Exposure to custom-built applications
- Knowledge of SQL queries and delivery of IT applications
