Business Analyst (Salesforce) - 6 months - CBD Area
As a BA (Salesforce), You will be responsible to capture the requirements from the APAC team, follow company's legal and compliance processes while creating a digital solution, help through the implementation process and go-live support.
Requirements:
- Experience in business analysis and project management for customer facing and sales force solutions ( SFDC, AEM, Digital marketing)
- Experience in gathering requirements and formal documentation (including process mapping)
- Experience in the following domains (or technologies): Digital Marketing (CMS, AEM, Google Analytics), CRM (salesforce.com), Mktg Automation (SFMC) , Sales force Automation
- Requires customer-facing soft-skills to gather requirements and manage expectations
- Experience with Life Sciences, Med-Tech, or Digital Health a plus
