Business Process Analyst

As a Business Process Analyst, You will be working with Global teams to analyse and validate the business needs resulting in requirements/user stories. You will be part of the process improvement analysis and documentation of these or changed processes in cooperation with the business.
Job Duties:
- Connect with the business stakeholders to understand and agree on process improvements
- Lead process improvements workshops
- Map existing process and align between departments
- Facilitate the engineering of new or changing processes
- Conduct impact assessments resulting in a costs, benefits, and ROI analysis
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years' experience working in a business process analyst role
- Solid experience with Business Process Analysis
- Knowledge and Experience in Lean Sig Sigma
- Knowledge of Business Process Mapping and Modelling tools, including all generic MS Office tools including Visio & SharePoint
- Good awareness and knowledge of process engineering (BPR) and process improvement (BPI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently on projects with minimum supervision
- Awareness of trends and directions in technology
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Lean Sig Sigma certification would be advantageous
