A leading MNC in Singapore are looking for an HRBP / C&B Manager.

Based in the East, this person will lead functional strategies, policies, programs and ensure alignment between country HR practices to global HR philosophies and approaches.

Partner with Business HR on deployment to meet business specific goals

Strategic business partner to senior leaders and APAC Region Leadership Team.

Lead functional strategies, policies, programs and ensure alignment between country HR practices to global HR philosophies and approaches.

Partner with Business HR on deployment to meet business specific goals

Consult, advise, coach and partner with the business on people and organizational needs for Region HQs

Work with business leaders, managers and HR Center of Excellence (CoE) to shape the people strategy deliver on end-to-end HR process and organizational effectiveness to assigned clients

Experience

At least 5 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits and a good understanding of full spectrum HR - Must be open to Business Partnering.

Experience in liaison with Global Mobility teams managing the international assignees.

Familiar with local labor laws & regulations.

Substantial working experience with diverse senior leaders and working in a matrix and multi-cultural environment.

Good interpersonal skills, builds trustful and effective relationships and good consultation skills (customer focused with the ability to push back, challenge the status quo and do what is right).

Excellent communication skills (both spoken and written) - the ability to influence at all levels and to position/ sell ideas to client group and manage expectations.

Highly analytical, clear thinker (able to think strategically and translate strategies into actionable plans) and good with numbers.

Independent and meticulous.

High energy level, driven with positive enthusiasm and a pragmatic approach yet innovative.

Total Rewards

Develop strong relationships with all business leaders, managers and HRBP to gain knowledge of work situations and trends within the business which Total Rewards can support.

Develop organisation wide Total Rewards strategies and long terms goals based on immediate and future needs

Develop, review and update of Total Rewards policies and procedures

Monitor market trend/ government regulations on pay and benefits.

Manage Annual Compensation Planning, promotion recommendations and performance management process.

Lead in annual benchmark survey with benchmarking, provide pay analysis to improve remuneration competitiveness.

Plan and communicate Total Rewards philosophy, methodology as well as relevant skills on a regular basis to line managers/employees.

Design and provide related training to managers or employees to enhance Total Rewards knowledge and process

Analytics

Responsible for all financial reporting, budget for HR related personnel cost/ accrual/International Assignees budgeting activities.

Responsible for annual global reporting activities e.g. Sustainability Reporting, HR Reporting, etc.

Design of HR Dashboard to help monitor, analyze and evaluate internal talent pool, succession plans, bench strengths, talent development progression, and other talent KPIs or data.

Global Mobility

Responsible for the full spectrum of global mobility administration including all International Assignees' related compensation & benefits matters. Dealing with local tax agent on international assignees tax related matters.

Business Partnering

Act as first point of contact for the APAC Region Senior Leaders seeking advice and counsel on all people and HR matters

Act as sounding board and sparring partner for APAC Region Leadership Team. Level of participation in Leadership Team varies according to needs and priority (permanent member, ad hoc)

Collaborate with HR CoEs to execute on initiatives and HR Group processes, this includes providing input to and leveraging tools and templates from CoEs where appropriate.

Travel Requirements

Ability to travel internationally (2-3 times per year)
