My client is a huge name in the world of beverages and they are looking to bring on board an experienced Sales Manager to lead the On-Trade Sales professionals in Singapore.
You will be responsible for managing a group of sales representatives of differing levels of seniority and ensuring that there is increased wallet share within the On-Trade business. You will also be tasked with recruiting, training, assessing and motivating and ensuing that the sales personnel perform at the highest standards. You will have your finger on the pulse of the market and formulate sales goals and objectives based on market development and market data. You will be responsible for managing distribution channels to enhance customer focus in key markets and optimize distribution for all APB brands. You will participate in the development of segment/channel short- and long-range strategic plans, including active involvement in preparation and review of business plans. You will also be responsible for direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly, including time phasing of inventory needs to sales demand. Performing sales analysis to manage performance against objectives and assessment of market penetration will also be under the purview of this role.
You will have a degree with at least 10 years of diverse experience in all aspects of sales and sales management including distribution channel management, key account development, business planning and analysis, and brand building.
