As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be providing technical and customers' support through phone, email or other online platforms. Your queries will be in Korean, therefore its important you can speak and write in Korean. You will be given adequate training about the company and their services.


Along with the sponsored work visa you will have excellent holidays, generous allowance and one-way flight ticket. Any Bachelor's Degree or Diploma with at least 3+5 years of customer service is preferred.
