Our client a global MNC in the medical devices industry have a new opportunity for an experienced Customer Service professional to join and lead their existing team.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring to meet monthly Sales Revenue for the SE Asia region by ensuring on time delivery in full and expediting shipment with Supply Chain or Distribution Centres
- Overseeing the order to cash process
- Ensuring timely delivery of all products to the customers
- Maintaining order entry accuracy
- Liaising with customers and managing their inquiries
- Handling stakeholder relationships including with Sales, A/R, Distribution, Manufacturing, Marketing, Demand Planning and International Customer Service
- Follow up on shipment details
- Managing, mentoring and training the customer service team
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Business Administration/ Supply Chain or equivalent
- At least 5 years relevant experience in order fulfilment/ management in a fast paced environment
- preferably with APAC exposure
- Strong analytical skills, efficient, deadline oriented and able to work under pressure
- Good knowledge and hands on experience in ERP system (e g SAP, Oracle) advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
