Our client a global MNC in the medical devices industry have a new opportunity for an experienced Customer Service professional to join and lead their existing team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring to meet monthly Sales Revenue for the SE Asia region by ensuring on time delivery in full and expediting shipment with Supply Chain or Distribution Centres
  • Overseeing the order to cash process
  • Ensuring timely delivery of all products to the customers
  • Maintaining order entry accuracy
  • Liaising with customers and managing their inquiries
  • Handling stakeholder relationships including with Sales, A/R, Distribution, Manufacturing, Marketing, Demand Planning and International Customer Service
  • Follow up on shipment details
  • Managing, mentoring and training the customer service team


Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in Business Administration/ Supply Chain or equivalent
  • At least 5 years relevant experience in order fulfilment/ management in a fast paced environment
  • preferably with APAC exposure
  • Strong analytical skills, efficient, deadline oriented and able to work under pressure
  • Good knowledge and hands on experience in ERP system (e g SAP, Oracle) advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
