My client is on the lookout for an Assistant Manger who'd be able deliver customer support for memory related products.

Responsibilities:

  • Technical support for customer inquiries for DRAM, SSD, Wafer chips
  • Take part in Field Application Support and Quality Improvement activites
  • Follow up on customer audits
  • Monitor product quality status and report to headquarters
  • Manage vendors for on-site verification
  • Other duties


Requirements:

  • Min Diploma in Electronics or Computer Engineering
  • Experience in the semiconductor industry
  • Excellent communication skills with experience dealing with customers
