My client is on the lookout for an Assistant Manger who'd be able deliver customer support for memory related products.
Responsibilities:
- Technical support for customer inquiries for DRAM, SSD, Wafer chips
- Take part in Field Application Support and Quality Improvement activites
- Follow up on customer audits
- Monitor product quality status and report to headquarters
- Manage vendors for on-site verification
- Other duties
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Electronics or Computer Engineering
- Experience in the semiconductor industry
- Excellent communication skills with experience dealing with customers
