Data Analyst / Executive, Analytics

  • Permanent Opportunity to be a Part of a large MNC
  • Centrally located, near to mrt station

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver insightful and easy to understand visualization dashboards.

  • Manage enterprise business analytics & major data projects.

  • Perform analysis and transform large sets of data, leveraging on combination of SQL and/or other open source languages like Python or R.

  • Provide business validation and support troubleshooting of data anomalies.

  • Approach internal and external stakeholders with coherent, actionable recommendations appropriate to their business needs.

  • Continually provide analytics and business insights to address stakeholder gaps and/or opportunities, and to create value.

  • Proactively identify data-driven issues and opportunities, and use the appropriate level analytic support to drive solutions


Job requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree - preferably in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Business IT or Engineering

  • Preferably with a minimum of 1-2 year related working experience.

  • Basic foundation in data query/manipulation using SQL.

  • Proficient in data visualization using tools like Microsoft Power BI, QlikView or Tableau.

  • Experience using R, Python or other tools for statistical analysis is a strong plus.

  • Effective communicator to both technical and business audiences.

  • Passionate about solving problems - possesses a relentless need for investigation, exploration & to provide solution.
