Our client is a well renowned name in the retail space and with their increasing investment into digital and data, they have created a new role within the team. As a Digital Analytics Manager, you will be developing and executing digital data, reporting and consumer engagement intelligent across APAC. As a digital data champion, you will be the thought leader harmonizing data and insights across various sources including ecommerce, digital media and CRM to allow the business to identify opportunities, gaps and appropriate action plans. This includes optimizing KPIs with better modelling techniques, innovate conversion tracking mechanisms, management presentations and building best practices.
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 6 years of work experience in digital analytics or business intelligence in new media marketing in the region. Ability to work with various data sources and bring it together for a compelling business narrative and action plan. Ability to manage agencies are essential. You must breathe data with an affinity for digital and keeping abreast of latest trends in data sciences. You must be driven to be curious and question status quo, finding new ways to do business better. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary!
