As a Digital Commerce Partnership Manager, you will develop new business opportunities across APAC with international enterprise clients and building strategic partnerships to increase market share. Reporting to the Regional Head of Digital Commerce, you will provide leadership for the e-commerce strategy and work closely cross functionally to ensure end to end execution. This includes pricing strategy, bundling and order value optimization.
You will be the primary customer interface and have full responsibility for the account P&L, ensuring account KPI's and SLAs are met and continually improved upon. Working closely with the team, you will thrive for best in class service execution and keep abreast of market trends and competitive intelligence giving value add to solving business challenges.
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in e-commerce, digital strategy and partnership development. Strong collaboration and team oriented spirit with a history of success in developing relationships. You should have at least 6 years of work experience in digital, e-commerce or retail business.
