Job responsibilities:
Digital Marketing
Global marketing strategy & initiatives
- Development of brand awareness and online reputation as well as assist in setting promotion and engagement strategies for the brand
- To manage budget and drive strategies across SEM, SEO, programmatic ad buys and media buys, including the appointment and management of relevant agencies
Social Media Strategy and Review of Social Content
- To lead the brand's social media strategy, in lieu of the upcoming projects
- Review social media content and approve the direction
- Manage social media agency and coordinate internal feedback
Website & App management
- Work closely with the development team and project manager to prioritise and drive enhancements
- Content management for website & app
Pre-opening activities and training
- Assist the brand's department heads and direct Pre-Opening activities
- Prepare the pre-opening takeover pack including marketing
- Project management and resolving any pre-opening issues to ensure that the brand will run smoothly on opening
- Assist in pre-opening marketing training and material development for future developments
Job requirements:
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business Studies, Marketing or equivalent
- Possess at least 6 years of experience in digital and social media marketing or working within a start-up environment
- Previous design work or Photoshop skills would be a bonus
- Good network with media, creative and entertainment industries is a plus
- Meticulous and data-driven approach to performance marketing
- Keen sense of continuous learning and picking up new skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
