Engineering Manager (MRO) - Aerospace / Aviation

Job Description :

  • Guide customers and develop optimal solutions to cater to their business needs.
  • Oversee customer programs from requirements definition, development, in-service operation and eventual profitable operations.
  • Provide technical/market training to customer and sales team.
  • Regional Business Development
  • Provide guidance on customer market needs and trends.
  • Provide technical support and solutions on development of new products and services
  • Analyse segment and application market trends, gaps, competitors and opportunities
  • Support related cost optimisation projects

Qualifications/Skills :

  • Degree/Post graduate Degree Aerospace, EEE (Electrical and Electronics Engineering) or equivalent discipline
  • Significant technical support and MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) experience
  • In depth understanding of Aviation industry and market dynamics
  • IT savvy, with knowledge of mobile software technologies and project management
