An exciting global E-Commerce role where you will be pivotal in developing the cross-market channel growth strategy including the building the roadmap, developing e-commerce consumer journey, defining the KPI framework and tracking the effectiveness of the campaigns. You will also be responsible in developing strategic partnerships with eCommerce retailers including Amazon & Lazada to react to customer needs in an innovative and creative format using technology. This includes sharing best practices on pricing, promo ensuring execution excellency.
To be successful in the role, you should have at least 8 years of working experience in agencies & in house with proven leadership in large eCommerce projects. Strong understanding of eCommerce technology and sophisticated analytics including the process from lead to conversion. You should continually be updated of latest trend and platforms and have a passion to infuse digital innovations in the ecommerce space. Strong communicator to be able to influence without direct reports and to drive key initiatives in a matrix organization. You will also be managing digital agencies. Good knowledge of the consumer goods industry and business is a plus.
