Our client is a well-known fun exciting brand in FMCG. They continue to open new worlds but at the heart of it, uncompromised drive for quality and perfection. This is a new role based in Singapore that has come from their increasing focus on APAC. You will play a lead role in developing and driving a sustainable framework to support their Route to Market and Distributor Management across the region to drive end to end productivity. This includes strengthening their existing RTM models as well as shaping new ones and creating best practice tools, resources and training.
To be successful in this role, you must have at least 10 years of commercial experience in sales, trade marketing, key account, Route to Market and distributor management in the FMCG industry. Experience in Ecommerce and working with big data is a plus. Strong knowledge of different operating company business models. Proven track record of influencing senior leaders, mobilizing functional teams and driving significant change initiatives. Good experience working in APAC markets and the ability to speak an Asian language is beneficial. You must possess a passion for people and be a good team player.
