Job Scope
Based in Singapore, you will be heading the IT operations planning and development, quality control, process optimization as well as people management to support business operation and development in ASEAN. In addition, you will ensure that IT operations and IT innovations are compliant with company IT standards and IT best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the ASEAN regional and functional IT team in the following:
o timely delivery of quality and smooth IT operations
o implementation of essential IT services
o manage delivery and SLAs by guiding incident resolution, problem management, maintenance, and enhancement tickets raised by the end users for the suite of applications/ services
o coach and develop a high performing team
Review, enforce and ensure the IT Infrastructure meet security
Ensure all IT infrastructure and processes in the region or country is consistent with global and regional IT guidelines and standards
Support business expansion and transformation / digitalization with innovative IT service development
Provide timely reporting to Senior Management on general IT operations and project updates
Establish a strong business partner relationship with local and global stakeholders
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
- At least 10 years of relevant experience of which in n IT management role with regional scope and working in a large enetrprise, with diverse business units and complex IT enviroenment for a 1000+ users
- ITIL and PMP certified
- Possess relevant knowledge in setup, operation, monitoring and maintenance of the following: Wide Area Networks; Microsoft Platforms, Cloud - Azure, Data centres, Cyber Security; Virtualization; Application Architect
- Experience in leading design and development of IT infrastructure solutions as well as IT service management. Project management experience will be an added advantage
- Prior experience in leading a team and comfortable with a matrix reporting structure
- Strong business acumen, excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intelligent, To the Pont, Innovative with a Customer Centric approach
