As part of their expansion, a new role has been created to lead the P&L objectives and maximizing their growth within key accounts in Asia Pacific. As the Head of Key Accounts APAC, you will work closely with the global team in key account planning and execution as well as guide in country sales leaders to elevate their partnership with key clients. You will build world-class key accounts best practices and continually be updated of market trends and the competitive landscape.
To be successful in this role, you should possess at least 10 years of experience in key accounts management and sales in a consumer goods industry. You must be a strong negotiator with the ability to drive "win win" solutions for profitable growth and be able to influence positive outcomes. Commercial acumen with proven sophistication in understanding ROI and evaluation tools. Experience in marketing, strategy and category development is a plus.
This role will allow you to further hone your key account management skills and engaging customers at the highest level of their strategic thinking. You will travel 50% of the time further building your cultural awareness of the APAC region. You will be with an organization that has plenty of growth prospects and is in grow mode.
