A world class manufacturing company of semiconductor equipment is looking for Head of Product Marketing to join their team in Singapore
Responsibilities:
- Lead marketing activity in product identification process, understand market research and monitor competitive activities
- Oversee the product's launch, ensure a successful and integrated product launch for the product, new product features, and product solutions.
- Collaborate with other product department heads on the identification, quantification, and assessment of external-partner opportunities that will drive accelerated product growth through product and commercial capability innovations.
- Ensures that the junior product marketing personnel are constantly growing and improving their professional skills
Requirements:
- PhD/Master/Bachelor degree with at least 10 years of experience in similar capacity.
- Knowledge of Semiconductor Equipment is highly desirable
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills, as well as passion for products analysis, completive analysis, and market dynamics
- Experience in leadership, able to display and influence
- Excellent program management capabilities
- Good interpersonal skills and cross-functional leadership skills are a must.
- Good analytical, communication and presentation skills are important
- Able to travel
