A Global MNC are looking for an HR Administrator for a 1 year fixed term contract within the small, friendly team.
There have recently been some changes which has resulted a back log that urgently requires help in clearing.
Predominantly within the Rewards Function this role requires an HR Administrator who has a good level of full spectrum HR exposure and some knowledge and understanding of Compensation and Benefits.
This will be a highly operational and sometimes repetitive role, and will require someone with a strong sense of Customer Service who is meticulous and has a strong eye for detail.
Must exhibit the ability to adhere to strict compliance and confidentiality guidelines
This role will start asap.
