VOLT Singapore have an exciting opportunity for a Regional HR Business Partner / HR Manager for a US MNC based in Central Singapore.
Reporting to the General Manager, this person will lead the HR function across the region (Singapore, Korea, Japan, Vietnam, China and potentially Thailand and Taiwan TBC).
This role will support a headcount of 80 pax regionally and will need someone who is happy to travel regularly across the region.
This will be highly visible and people centric role, so needs to be an HR Specialist with a high touch and outstanding interpersonal skills.
One of the main tasks will be to unify the policies and procedures across the region and ensure that the whole team are working cohesively and adhering to the same SOP's and practices - Employee relations will be important in this role as there has been some disharmony which can be resolved through understanding and revision of expectations.
This HRBP will manage 1 x HR Executive and will take on all of the HR Strategy whist operations will be the responsibility of the HR Exec.
As a team, this lean team will manage to full spectrum of HR and Administration across the Region with a particular focus on Organisational Development, Employee Engagement, employee Relations, Talent Management, Compensation and Benefits and Consulting are the key elements for this role.
