Volt, Singapore are looking for an HRBP to join a forward thinking Technology MNC.
This will oversee a lot of project based work and a headcount of about 250. This will involve a lot of change management due to the nature of the work, therefore this HRBP must be able to demonstrate tangible examples of where they have led change management projects.
This will need a proven HRBP who can oversee the team's performance by assessing and recognizing where the needs for the L&D team are and arranging necessary sessions.
They will need to be highly visible and able to foster great relationships with a diverse workforce from many different functions and backgrounds.
Assist in training line managers in best practice Recruitment and assisting where necessary. This may be via Interview Techniques, sourcing, talent management and managing candidate pipelines.
