Human Resources Executive needed for Global MNC based in East Singapore.

Experience

At least 5 years of Human Resources Generalist experience and well versed in payroll Administration and Vendor Management.

Familiar with local labor laws & regulations.

Substantial working experience with diverse senior leaders and working in a matrix and multi-cultural environment.

Proficient with IT software e.g. MS office and Workday.

Good interpersonal skills, builds trustful and effective relationships and good consultation skills

Excellent communication skills (both spoken and written) - the ability to influence at all levels and to position/ sell ideas to client group and manage expectations.

Highly analytical, clear thinker (able to think strategically and translate strategies into actionable plans) and good with numbers.

Independent and meticulous.

High energy level, driven with positive enthusiasm and a pragmatic approach yet innovative.

Purpose

To manage and administer HR processes including compensation and benefits administration, training coordination, employee relocation, expatriates management, human resources information system etc.

HR Systems Maintenance

Ensure Organizational Management (OM) Admin Structure and staff movement, which includes new hires & resignees are consistently updated in Common HRIS (CHRIS) in a timely manner

Ensure HR systems and physical filing are consistently maintained for accurate records.

Responsible for maintenance of HR Touch Point.

Support implementation/ maintenance of Workday and/or any new HR related systems

HR Operations

Responsible for liaising with vendors for payroll, benefits, relocation, etc.

Support HRBP in operational aspects of onboarding and off boarding, assist employees regarding HR processes, policies and benefits queries.

Support Talent Acquisition & Innovation in maintenance of training data, coordination of training logistics as required.

Support in Total Rewards related activities e.g. data preparation when participating in salary & benefits surveys, data maintenance & reporting for performance & compensation planning cycles, insurance and benefits administration, etc.

Prepare and consolidate HR reports on regular basis, e.g. Headcount Report, HR Dashboard, etc.

Responsible for Statement of Work (SOW), Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO) and verification of all invoices related to HR

Analytics

Responsible for all financial reporting, budgeting for HR related personnel cost Annual Bonus accrual/International Assignees' Benefits-in-Kind.

Responsible for annual global reporting activities e.g. Sustainability Reporting, HR Reporting, Long Term Incentive Reporting etc.

Maintain HR Dashboard to help draw insights on HR KPIs e.g. internal talent pool, succession plans, bench strengths, talent development progression, and others.

Global Mobility

Responsible for the full spectrum of global mobility administration including all International Assignees' related compensation & benefits matters. Dealing with local tax agent on international assignees' tax returns and other tax related matters.
