VOLT, Singapore are looking for a smart and independent HR / Office Administrator for a growing MNC based in Buona Vista area.
Good knowledge and understanding of HR is essential for this role, and will be reporting to a HR Manager
This role will oversee the Management of the office of around 50 pax and this person will be highly visible within the organization and will therefore need to have a warm and outgoing personality.
Responsibilities:
Light Secretarial support to 3 Directors:
- Processing expenses
- Booking of flights
- Ad hoc duties as needed.
Providing HR Administration including:
- Updating and maintaining of P-Files
- Payroll Administration
- Managing leave administration
- Benefits Administration
Office Management:
- Facilities management - Ensure everything is well maintained and in working order
- Ordering of Pantry and stationary supplied
- Assists in the planning and logistics of any events or activities - every Friday ordering lunch for the team
- Work with team and follow up on any adhoc projects.
