VOLT Singapore are looking for an experienced In-House Recruiter to work with one of the more forward thinking and exciting global Technology brands. They should have a mix of Agency and In House exposure.
This will be a Singapore based role but will need someone with exceptional Global sourcing skills who can manage a talent pipeline across predominantly Tech roles but will also focus on Support and back office roles.
Exceptional senior stakeholder management is integral to the success of this role, as is the ability to wear many different "hats" and work highly flexibly.
Success will be determined by targets attained and this person should be able to work quickly and smartly and be focused on achieving short, medium and long terms goals.
Due to the nature of the candidates needed, this Recruiter must be able to build strong candidate relationships and have the patience and confidence to manage longer projects whilst keeping the candidate pipeline engaged and interested.
Previous global mobility and expat relocation would also be important due to the sourcing and processing of international candidates right up to the onboarding and induction stages.
The Recruiter will need to take a highly consultative approach, be proactive and be able to appease and manage lots of different stakeholders at all levels.
This promises to be a challenging yet rewarding role, and will manage a small team of Recruitment Administrators.
