<span id="mce_marker" data-mce-type="bookmark"></span><span id="__caret">_</span><span id="mce_marker" data-mce-type="bookmark"></span><span id="__caret">_</span>Part of reaching the next level in sales is ensuring the right strategy, structure is in place as well as ensuring the sales force are well motivated and equipped with the right tools. An exciting 12-month contract as a Global Sales Force Effectiveness Manager has come up to build and implement salesforce capabilities including developing customer segmentation and translating SFE into projects and supporting end to end change management. This includes designing the data analytics and performance dashboards. You will also lead the planning of training and identify any gaps in the teams across the region and support continuous improvement.
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in commercial excellence and sales force effectiveness within the consumer healthcare or pharmaceutical industry. You must be well acquainted with the medical channels including hospitals and KOLs. Strong analytical skills with hands on experience with SFDC and other CRM systems is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to get stakeholder buy ins and operate in a matrix environment.
