IT Digital Manager - End-user environment

An exciting, fast-paced and high energy client of mine is looking for a IT Digital Manager to join their team to focus on identifying technology, mobility driven solutions and E-commerce platforms for their customers and aligning with the business strategy.

About the role:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various digital projects, including new launches, online tools, web applications and advertising campaigns.
  • Drive the ideation, prototyping and development of new innovative technology products alongside with the business users and customers for implementation.
  • Lead in the definition, prioritization and scoping of product features and user experience requirements alongside project lead, UIUX partners and cross-functional teams
  • Define, update, and execute key product roadmaps (prototype to deployable), with relevant innovative enhancements based on validation of feedback, market competitive analysis and business needs
  • Key point-of-contact for technical partners and internal teams to share the best practices for project implementation.

About you:

  • 5+ years of experience in Digital solutions across e-Commerce, Mobile and Web applications.
  • In-depth knowledge in Retail/Digital solutions across Mobile/Web applications and e-Commerce platform.
  • A positive attitude and initiative; passionate about building great customer experiences with innovative and technology-driven solutions.
  • Proven track record in CRM, Applications and web developments.
  • Proven ability to develop a product through all project phases to successful implementation.
  • Strong conceptual thinking skills with an ability to proactively problem solve, recommend solutions and intuitively prioritize business
  • Great communication skills to work with internal stakeholders from different levels.
