Job Scope
Set up a digitalization roadmap, define product vision and strategy based on new trend and opportunities for digital finance development and steer the roll-out in the market.
Drive innovation across APAC region by leveraging state of the art technology.
Establish and strengthen customer insights strategy
Implementation of digital initiatives across all channels with the objective to enable Financial Services to deliver a premium customer experience within respective region.
Key Responsibilities
- Formalize the organization's digital strategy across all markets in the APAC region with objective of one view of customer and consistent customer experience.
- Identification of local market insights that drive customer experience
- Manage central/blueprint customer journey map framework and adapt with local market specifications
- Development of market-level customer experience/digitization reporting and tracking of progress.
Essential experience
- Master or Bachelor degree
- Minimum 5 years experience in customer analytics/insights experience developing Digital solutions in a regional or global leadership context
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in Financial Services or Banking industry sector
- Extensive Business, IT and Sales & Services Know how
- Proven Project Management Skills
