HR BUSINESS PARTNER COMPENSATION & BENEFITS, EAST SINGAPORE

  • Act as a HR Business Partner to the Line
  • Responsible for people matters which include recruitment and selection, employee engagement and relations
  • Provide prompt and reliable service to the Line while understanding both the business and operational needs of internal customers
  • Apply recruitment methods, instruments and work with partners/vendors in the recruitment process. Help to coordinate with Line Managers to implement recruitment matters from sourcing, screening and interviewing potential candidate
  • Main in charge of all Work Pass applications, renewals and cancellations
  • Support in on-boarding matters and help to coordinate exit interviews
  • Coordinate and follow up on employee confirmation letters, on-boarding feedback among others
  • Assist Immediate Superior in establishing and/or reviewing compensation and benefits plans to ensure equity for all new hires
  • Help to coordinate Performance Improvement Plan (PIP)
  • Assist in coaching and counseling sessions when needed
  • Assist in handling of disciplinary cases
  • Assist in Employee Engagement sessions
  • Perform any other additional responsibilities as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor



Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree o r Minimum Diploma in Business Administration with relevant experience
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience as a HR Generalist
  • Candidates who have experience handling Operators/ Direct level of staff will be considered advantageously
  • Well versed with Employment Act and statutory guidelines
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Initiative and meticulous with good analytical and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Articulate and able to express ideas clearly, concisely and effectively
