My client is a leading name in the alcohol industry and as a part of their expansion plans are looking to bring on board a Key Account Manager to take care of the Modern Off Trade (Take Home Channel) accounts.
You will be tasked with managing and overseeing the business performance o0f the assigned and coming up with strategies to increase the sales volumes, profits, market share and contract fulfillment to achieve budget. You will ensure that distribution is done well according to sales plan and high merchandising standards are met in the trade. You will also be responsible for finding new partner businesses to promote the products that you are responsible for and come up with on trade activations to increase visibility and sales. You will come up with strategies to increase the wallet share in the existing accounts by leveraging on and building on the current relationships. You will be analytical, understand the market and consumer and provide this information to senior stakeholders from the business so they can come up with necessary strategies.
You will have a Degree in Business or Marketing and at least 5 - 8 years of sales experience in an MNC setting servicing Modern off trade channels. You will be great at building partnerships and must have ability to work under pressure to deliver target within tight deadlines to be able to succeed in this role.
