VOLT, Singapore are looking for an HR Manager to head up the L&D Function within a Shared Service Centre of a global MNC based in East Singapore.
This role will manage a team of HR Executives and lead the operational L&D to support the ongoing Development of the group in Singapore
This role will manage the team in terms of service delivery, performance, work standards, training & development
Manage learning and development requests within the Group by:
Maintaining the team's overall efficiency and performance standards
Meeting key performance indicators as stated in service level agreements.
Record keeping and documentation of all L&D related activities
Delivering process improvements across the learning function
Acting as Level 2 escalation from Service Desk pertaining to learning issues/queries from users and case resolution
This will also collaborate with respective Business leaders to define and align the L&D needs, total learning plans, learning programmes and effectiveness
Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure consistent L&D delivery and support to our internal customers
Work with relevant vendors on system performance, functionality, improvements, reliability, costs, etc.
Monitor service costs, recovery and negotiate on competitive rates with internal customers, external agencies and training providers
Support adhoc team and company projects where necessary
This person will have outstanding communication, leadership and interpersonal skills and be able to deliver on projects in a timely manner.
They should be a Degree holder and iHRP-CP Certified (Preferred)
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant managerial experience in HRM/L& D/OD/HR SSC
- Strong people management skills to lead & motivate.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
