Our client is a well-known Japanese real estate MNC in the real estate. Singapore is the regional headquarter for Asia Pacific and they are looking for a Legal & Compliance Manager to spearhead this division.
Job Description
- Promote compliance rule internally
- Plan and conduct compliance seminars
- Plan, conduct and report internal audit
- Disseminate the guidelines from the Japanese HQ and localize them as necessary.
- Review and organize the business process of the company, in consideration of the introduction of J- SOX
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor in Law or equivalent
- 5 Years of working experience
- ICA qualification preferred
- Must be able to speak Japanese as you will be liaising frequently with the stakeholders in Japan.
