Maintenance Implementation Lead - Chemical Process Plant

I have partnered with well-known International Petrochemicals Business, to help them identify a suitable candidate for a Team lead role in Maintenance. The role reports to the Maintenance Manager and will be responsible for implementing preventive maintenance plans for equipment, working close with integrity and reliability teams with focus on high availability and reliability of the plant equipment and systems.. It's a Team lead role that has 6-9 direct reports along with 20-30 contract team technicians.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience covering maintenance/Reliability/Asset Integrity roles within a Chemical/Petrochemical/Refinery/Process plant.
- Proven experience in leading a team
- Excellent Interpersonal & Communication skills
