Are you a senior marketing manager looking at the next step? Have you worked in well-established set ups yearning to put your entrepreneurial spirit to play and truly shape and impact an organization? This is a newly created role who is looking for a progressive leader to develop best in class commercialization strategy to support a very fast growing Asian region. You will maximize value of their portfolio via differentiated approaches to demand generation, online/offline promotions, and customer experience. This will include a solution or model centric approach instead of being product centric.
This organization has been experiencing phenomenal growth year on year with lots of development potential to capture more market share and further build awareness in a segment that operates in both B2B and B2C. You will play a highly visible leadership role managing a small team and influencing a much larger team with plenty of opportunities to grow that. Key role in ensuring the strategy gets translated to action leveraging your strong knowledge of sales & marketing and measure the success of the plan.
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 8 years of experience in a medical devices/ medical technology/ pharma or consumer health company with a proven record of accomplishment in commercialization leadership, marketing or portfolio management. You should be a strong project manager as well as networker being able to integrate internally and externally. You must be a nontraditional marketer familiar with digital strategies alongside traditional HCP marketing.
