You will adapt the global marketing strategies to fit the market in Singapore to increase the brand awareness, increase consumer engagement and market share. You will be tasked with leading the product marketing planning process, facilitating new pricing strategy implementation and tailoring the global marketing calendar and campaigns to meet the local market needs. This is an all-encompassing marketing role that covers everything from digital marketing to consumer engagement strategies, influencer and agency management as well as looking into the effectiveness of the campaigns and taking corrective measures as you go along.
You must have a passion for all things make up and skincare and a knack for picking up new skills and trends to reach to a wider audience. A Degree in Business or Marketing with at least 7 years of 360 marketing experience is a must have. You must have team management experience with a background in in-store activations and events.
