Brewing Team Leader - Brewery
I have partnered exclusively with an International F&B Business to help them identify a suitable candidate for a Brewing Team Leader roles in Singapore. Reporting to the Technical Manager you will be leading the production team to achieve planned volumes of accordance to the standard operating procedures and witihin the safety guidelines.
Key areas of focus
- Equipment process modification
- Continuous Improvement activities
- Troubleshoot processes to initiate preventive and corrective action
- Execution of small scale maintenance projects
- Guarantee the compliance to the ISO and HACCP Quality Management system.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree Engineering or related discipline
- 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in a Brewery
- Proven experience in team leadership
- Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to work on Shift works
