Plant Production Supervisor - Food & Beverage/Nutrition Industry

- 12 hour shift role
Our client is a well-known International Food Business who are currently looking to hire an experience candidate for a Production Supervisor. It's a team lead (5-6 direct reports), where the ideal candidate will be in charge of the pilot plant and its R&D lab equipment's and processes are in optimal conditions to meet with the given production targets.
Key areas of focus
- Installation, troubleshooting and Maintenance of process equipment's
- Leading the production technicians in the operation and maintenance of the facility
- Support process development for scientists in new product development and trails
- Assist the R&D team for product trails on equipment's and instruments needed
- Develop production schedule and operating procedures for the equipment's systems
- Ensure EHS and Safety Compliance on site
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering
- 4- 8 years of relevant experience (Production/ Operations Equipments) within a Food/Nutritional/Food ingredient/Flavor plant
- Proven experience in leading a team
- Strong Communication and organizational skills
