My client, a German MNC is looking for a Product Safety Engineer to bolster their certification team.
Responsibilities:
- Process applications from the Industry for attestation of compliance of electrical and electronic products
- Manage and produce work instructions, technical procedures and verification methods for various Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) test
- Advise and ensure internal customers adhere to the full compliance EMC testing
- Foster communication and share knowledge across suppliers and internal customers
- Liaise with regulators on clarification of standards or schemes
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical or Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in the areas of testing, inspection and certification of electrical and electronics products
- Excellent writing and problem-solving ability and customer service skills
- Highly service-oriented with good people engagement skills
