Due to rapid growth, new client acquisition, entry into new markets and the resulting increase in projects across the organisation, a Program Manager role has been created within the PMO team, based in their central Singapore offices.

You will work on a wide range of projects in APAC and will oversee, collate and report the progress of projects to the leadership team, as well as ensure that committed deliverables are tracked and achieved within the timelines.

You will also be responsible for developing detailed project plans, specifying objectives, strategy, scope, budget, deliverables, and timelines necessary for all project assignments.

Other responsibilities include overall project administration and planning, directing and controlling resources for projects, identifying gaps, risks and other issues.

You will track costs and ensure that projects progress on time and within budget, lead project process improvement initiatives, as well assist in the management of technology vendors, consultants and service providers as needed.

We are looking for a project management professional with a minimum of 4 years experience in managing projects and who possesses the ability to multi-task and manage projects in a cross functional environment.

Ideally holding the PMP, Prince or PMBOK certification, the successful candidate will have a strong track record managing multiple technology or product programs, preferably with proven experience in packaged software and vendor service implementations.

You will possess superior problem solving, communication and negotiation skills including effective leadership, planning and motivational capabilities, as well as excellent organizational and time management skills.

The ability to influence, inform, and collaborate with all levels of leadership combined with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills are a prerequisite, as is the capacity to affect positive change quickly in a dynamic, high standard environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to present and explain technical information in a way that persuades others, and gains understanding are mandatory.

You will be working in a fantastic, growing organisation which has a collaborative, open and rewarding culture and which prides itself on enabling employees to fulfill their potential and make a difference.
