- Volt is partnering with a leading technology forward brand for hiring a Programme Manager who will be responsible for all components of programme delivery including strategizing for Analytics domain.
- Knowledge in Healthcare domain is highly desirable
Scope :
You will work with the delivery teams comprising project managers change management specialists, business analysts and clinical subject matter experts to deliver the programme initiatives and projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Understand business needs and develop IT work-plan and scope for a specific/group of business
- programmes in healthcare analytics domain.
- Engage, influence, communicate and seek approval from programme sponsor(s) and stakeholders to support the programme strategies and plans.
- Manage the programme scope, budget and schedule to deliver the desired programme outcomes.
- Lead and drive the consultants and vendors in delivering the programme/project.
- Oversee the implementation and delivery of the IT programme/projects in healthcare analytics domain.
- Report timely on programme/project's achievements, issues, potential road blocks, upcoming
- Lead and drive the programme and project teams (including consultants) towards successfully
- On-time delivery of programme/projects & approved budget.
Requirements
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in IT industry with at least 10 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge in Healthcare domain is highly desirable
- Proven problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Have a good understanding of business processes and needs to create value in a
- business context with business intelligence and insights.
- Experience with presentation and engaging senior decision makers
- Good knowledge of various analytics applications and outputs within specific industry domains will be advantageous.
