VOLT, Singapore are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager for implementing the organization's recruitment strategy so that job vacancies are quickly filled, new employees are smoothly integrated into the organization and the candidates selected best match the needs of the position and the business.

This role could suit an Agency Recruiter who is looking for their first move to an In House role, after previous exposure to Life Sciences Recruitment.

This will oversee all of the Hiring for the Singapore office and will report remotely to the HR Director based in Beijing, hence fluent spoken Mandarin is needed for this role.

Duties and responsibilities

Conducting the organization's recruitment activities in order to ensure that the best candidates are selected for each role and that the recruitment process is conducted efficiently, cost-effectively and in accordance with the organization's policies and standards.

Preparing internal and external job advertisements, web postings, specifications for external recruitment agencies and other materials in accordance with the organization's recruitment standards and business needs.

Sourcing candidates, arranging interviews and developing appropriate interview questions in collaboration with the hiring manager so that interviews are conducted efficiently

Interview, test, rank, check references, select candidates based on the job description and the organization's recruitment policies.

Conducting employee orientation/induction and introductory training so that new employees are quickly integrated into the organization.

Processing various selection methods to acquire talent timely to meet the company's needs. Maintaining an active talent pool for the company.

Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.

  • Bachelor's degree. Major in Human Resources is preferred

  • 5 years' experience in Recruitment,

  • Good verbal communication, interpersonal and team skills

  • A business and customer orientation with a drive for results.

  • Being people-oriented, customer focus, confident and self-motivated

  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability, detailed oriented, quick learner and team player.

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin
