To be successful in this role, you must have at least 3 years of experience in building web/digital retention & CRM programs. This includes both digital and offline programs. You will be responsible for building the overall retention strategy for the business and then execute the strategy to deliver measurable impact on business. You should possess a passion for translating consumer insights into consumer journeys and maximising their life time value.
