We are currently working exclusively with a well-established organization in financial services to find a Regional Customer Experience & Insights Manager. This is a newly created role that will establish and develop their customer insights strategy for the region to deliver optimum customer experience. This includes leading the customer retention, loyalty and conversion with the different markets, delivering insights, analytics and communication programs to meet the customer needs and engagement.
You will establish the analytics strategy including advanced analytics to aid decision making and play an active role in getting stakeholder buy in and share best practices. Develop and operationalise the 'targeting framework' across the region to translate insights into tangible offers and communications with customers via multi channels throughout the customer lifecycle.
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 6 years of experience in customer analytics or insights in the financial services industry. Good knowledge of banking regulation and business know how. Proven project management skills and change management ability. Strong leadership and relationship building skills to manage diverse interests and priorities.
