Our client is a global MNC who is looking for a Regional Digital Strategy Manager to drive significant change initiatives and digital agenda for their portfolio. This is a new leadership role that has arisen from business expansion and the increasing investment in digital and you will work closely with the senior stakeholders to develop greater customer and partner division value, competitive differentiation, and digital transformation. This will include building digital marketing and ecommerce programs and identify opportunities to leverage on new technology to bring additional revenue or capture market share. In addition, you should evolve customer experience journey and drive loyalty and engagement.
To be successful in the role, you should have at least 10 years of work experience with a record of accomplishment of success in building omni channel marketing (SEO/SEM/Social/Content/Analytics/Ecommerce) in a highly matrix environment. Prior work experience in an agency is a plus. You should be comfortable with the technical aspects of digital and have experience working closely with IT on execution. On the other side of the coin, it is highly critical that you have strong stakeholder management and influencing skills to ensure the business supports the digital initiatives.
